About Me	I retired in 2025 after 34 & 1/2 years as Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City & County of Denver, Colorado, where I have worked in the Prosecution Section since 1989. My wife, Kim, grew up in Bellevue NE, as her father was USAF SAC. She is a Literacy Specialist with a Masters Degree in Special Education (I needed someone w special skills to deal w me). We have one daughter, Alyssa Marie, who is named after my late mother (Mary Alice). She is attending college at the University of Hawaii @ Hilo studying marine science. I have been an active volunteer in my Douglas County, Colorado community, So I served in the U.S. Army to gain college $ and served during the Cold War in West Berlin, Germany. I traveled into East Berlin regularly, observing the horrible conditions brought about by a centralized socialist totalitarian regime. I love skiing w/ my daughter.
