Brett Dean Gana was born on April 2, 1961, in Fremont, Nebraska. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1979. He worked at Mutual of Omaha installing and keeping their internet network stable. He married Karen Marie Nicolini on 10 Nov 1984. They had two children a boy in 1989 and a girl in 1992. After his divorce, he moved back to Fremont. Brett was a story teller at heart. Every incident in his life became a bigger than life adventure. He loved bowling and country dancing, training and hunting with his lab, Nascar, fishing and airboating with his friends on the Platte River. He died on April 12, 2019, in his sleep, in his hometown at the age of 58.
