About	Cara attended Foothills Junior College for Secretarial Science and South Dakota State University for Art. In June 1961 she married George Freese. They had 3 children, Eric, Rebecca and Dawn, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. In addition to raising her family, she had a number of jobs including church secretary at 3 churches and was a certified picture framer. She passed away at her home in Little Falls, Minnesota from Leiomyosarcoma surrounded by her family.
