About Me	Love conquers hate... So how does it happen? Where does the transition from being a kid and carefree turn into this daily grind. People worrying about getting older, life, the decisions and that doubt that sets in. People begin to doubt themselves and their capabilities when as a child they were able to conquer and do anything that they set their mind and heart to. And why does family turn into this chore...go see in laws on holidays and when is this newly married couple going to go through the motions and have a child. Life becomes this big thing...this thing wrapped up in the movement of time. When did a yoga instructor have to tell people to change their expression during class and not squint or stress your facial expressions. How does this instructor have to tell people to learn how to smile. Learn how to smile!!!! It is like throughout this movement of time, people begin to rely on monetary happiness, status and another person to make them happy or complete themselves. I don't have all the answers but I know my happiest times are my most free times. When I am laughing at my dogs playing with each other, or running around the yard with them...drinking wine with my family, and cooking huge meals with my family. Yes...I actually love spending time with them. No expectations...see... I don't believe in stressing myself over those things I have no control over... I believe more in utilizing myself to contribute to those that have disease, or born into a non-safe environment. What are ways I can donate my time to changing things that are just not just?? I want the little things in life like just waking up to make me complete and fulfilled. Not platinum or empty promises...cuz that means nothing to me. I'm still one of those kids that feels like I can make a difference and that I can conquer anything I put my mind too... So if you feel the same way..great!! ...(read more)
