About Me	I spent 4 years in the USAF as a rescue man/fire fighter. I returned to Freeport where I worked on the city fire department for 8 years. I was injured in a fire when a building collapse. For 2 years I received medical care and 2 operations but my elbow was damaged to the point where I had to be placed on disability. For the next 10 years I worked at a Rockford hospital where I managed a communication center that handled inbound ambulance communications. We also handled trauma team communications. Medical helicopter dispatching and tracking. We also handled emergency calls for several rural fire departments and several private ambulance services.
