Winter Storm Hits the 'Port

It hasn't happened since 1993, but Freeport fell under siege of a major Mid-Atlantic snow storm that started early Saturday morning, Feb. 6th. Approximately 21 inches of snow caused school and business closings on Monday. The cleanup by the Borough workers was outstanding, but an additional 4-6 inches fell Wednesday. School has not been in session this week.

Football Team

This years football helped achieve the 500th win of the schools history. The head football coach is John Gaillot and the offense coodinator is Clyde Conti former Freeport graduates.
