About Me	Worked for the railroad in the bridges & buildings department since July of 1976. First, I worked for Conrail; then I worked for Norfolk Southern. I remodeled offices, did bull work on bridges & worked in the material supply yard as a foreman( I filled pick list boxes like the other grunts did, but I got my foreman rights from that job), I was a truck driver for the B&B Dept. for 11 years; & I spent my last 20 years on the railroad as a bridge & culvert inspector. I was like dirt on that job; I was everywhere(Within Western Pa, Eastern Ohio, & Northern West (by God!) Virginia). I loved being a Bridge & Culvert Inspector, but my wife didn't!(With good reason, there's many things about my job that I never told her about). On March 2, 2015, I started a new career; Lolly Gagging (retired). Although being a railroader isn't a prestigious job like being some white collar desk jockey, I'm very proud that I was a railroader, & I wouldn't have traded my rai...(read more)
