Gaffney, Fredrick R. Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the age of 61. Beloved father of Eric R. Gaffney. Loving son of the late Joseph C. and the late Jayne R. Gaffney Eternal brother of Dr. Joseph L. (Pam) Gaffney. Uncle of Joseph R. (Jaclyn) Gaffney, Jessica (Doug) DeBack, Jarrod (Allison) Gaffney. Great-uncle of Ruby DeBack, Jordanna and Joelle Gaffney Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Visitation on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at the Max A. Sass Funeral Home, MISSION HILLS CHAPEL from 12PM to 4PM. Funeral Service at 4PM. Private family interment at Prairie Home Cemetery.
