The picnic will be held Wednesday, August 31st, 2016 @ the Renton Community Center
located @ 1715 SE Maple Valley Highway, Renton, WA (across the street from Shari's Restaurant).
Please note that we have changed our location. We feel this new site will better accommodate our
needs with more parking and tables with chairs for better comfort. If you have time, stop by the center
to see the site, I think you'll be amazed, with this indoor/outdoor concept.
The picnic will start @ 11am, with lunch being served at Noon.
Donations are appreciated as they help cover the fees for the rental and cost of the lunch.

The next big reunion is the 60th but the reunion committee thought it would be great to gather informally to celebrate a 55th anniversary. We do not plan to have a program so that you'll be able to spend all the time reconnecting with fellow graduates.

Event will be a CASUAL gathering of classmates with a "picnic" theme. Food will be catered by the same people who do the FHS Annual picnic at Coulon Park and presented buffet style. Lift-up garage style windows in the banquet room open onto a large terrace and lawn overlooking the Cedar River. Bring a blanket to sit in the grass or make yourself comfortable at tables indoors or out .
Here are the particulars:
Date: August 26, 2015 (it’s a Wednesday)
Time: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Cost: $20/person (includes picnic fare, soft drinks, water, coffee) BYOW/B (You will be allowed to bring wine and/or beer into the facility for your own consumption - NO HARD LIQUOR is allowed.)
Bring copies of any old pictures you may want to share on the mirrored wall.
There will be no program for this event; just time to celebrate our lives in a comfortable setting and meet old/long lost friends. Best of all, lets celebrate the fact that you are able to attend this special event! (Note: Facility is handicap accessible)
We ask that you let us know ASAP that you plan on attending by making your reservation. We need to know how many of you plan on attending so that the caterer will have enough food for all.
