About Me	After graduation from FCHS in 2001, I attended Emmanuel College. After completing the requirements for graduation there, I received my Bachelor's degree in English (May 2005)--with dreams of moving to Hollywood & writing for People magazine. Well, that didn't exactly work out... I am currently working as a Case Manager [aka: Social Worker] for the Department of Family & Children's Services in Franklin County. I started working for the agency back in January 2006. In April 2006, I received my certification in Child Protective Services. I basically investigate cases of abuse/neglect & provide on-going services to help families find solutions for problems and to provide better protection for their children. At times, my job can get overwelming (with all the paperwork, stupid parents, & court dates), but at the end of the day--it has all been worth it. ....but my social life isn't all social work. I live in a 3 bed/2 bath house in Athens with my beautiful [female] cat, Hemingway, a Boston Terrior named "Banjo," & my friend/co-worker, Patti. No husband or boyfriend yet...but I am currently looking.
