Date - 08 August 2009 Location - we are going to try to go for an outdoor setting more so than enclosed. With this in mind we decided on the field party but booking the Lakeview park as the location for this field party. David Talley will be calling to see about booking the venue and how much that would cost Time - Starting around 2 pm Food - Cook out style with some salads and fruits, we would provide soda and ice / individuals would have to bring their own alcoholic beverages if they so desire Sound System - Contacting the Doo-Wop Shop General Cost - $15.00 per person and Spouses welcome Publicity - Everyone Who's invited - Class of '99, Teachers, and spouses of Class of '99 members
