About Me	Loving Life!!! I live in a small township known as Westville. We have our own historical office, town office, town garage and fire station. Unfortunately, we have all this ..Constable wants to claim us as theirs' because rural delivery delivers our mail. That's not enough for me to say I live in Constable. WRONG!!! I don't pay taxes in Constable so I am not saying I am from Constable. And, I've lived in other parts of New York State for 17 years before coming back to Malone.
