About	Passed away after a brief but intense struggle with cancer. Still married for 55 years to childhood sweetheart Charlotte Burton, Cox Class of 67. Met on the school bus when she was 13 and he was 15. Played golf almost every day for the past 7 years of his life. A well loved husband, father, grandfather and respected member of his community. He talked about how much he enjoyed the 50th year reunion of the class to 65. He spoke often of many others from his baseball playing teams and classmates. He will never be forgotten.

I played baseball with Everette for a number of years. He was one of the best to ever play.
