About Me	I wrote the Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Program for the City of Sausalito in Marin County California. This program made Sausalito the first city in Northern California to have such a program and put it 5 years ahead of the rest. Many cities are now using this very same program as a guide to write their own program. I designed and project managed over $10,000,000 of rehabilitation projects made for Sausalito's Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer mains, manholes, and pump stations. At the time of retiring from Sausalito's Engineering Department, all sanitary major overflows had been decrease completly and all minor overflows of less than 10 gallon had been slowed to 75%. I assiisted with the developement of the City's present PMS (Pavement Management System) Program. Sausalito is about 5 square miles and often reminded me of Union Bridge. I retired fr...(read more)
