Upcoming Reunion:
Hello everyone!!!! Super excited we got lots of people signing up but have had some really good questions.
1. I bought my t-shirt but dont know how to actually sign up.
We need everyone to complete the google form because it asks some really important questions including dietary information and what parts you plan to attend. It also has the information on how to pay through either venmo or paypal. This is really important and how we are showing you your confirmation of not only receiving your payment but have you as counted in the headcount for the restaurant.
2. I have dietary needs but I am not sure if I can eat the food. Goodwood is really good at accommodating people with food allergies. If there are concerns we will most likely be able to address them but I need people to communicate them through the google form.
For example, some people cannot have cheese. We can make sure that a small salad is brought out for them to ensure that there is no contamination. We are also going to have food options that wil be gutten free available for people. We will have those labeled for people to know as well. Once again it is really important that you complete the google form so we can plan the menu to meet everyones needs.
3. I dont know if I cannot make it. Why can’t I just show up. Like any place, we have to be able to accommodate food and drink orders to meet the needs of the group so I ask that if you want to come please commit to coming. We all want to see you and look forward to seeing you. It will be a good time.
We are going to extend taking tickets for at least one more week. If you can share the information on your social media we would greatly appreciate it. If you need a place to share it from because this website is not so friendly, please feel free to share it from my personal Facebook page.
Remember tickets for Saturday evening are $55 each. Friday evening people who come to the game will pay at the gate. We are super excited to see everyone. Based on the numbers we see, we might have further discussions with the boosters about their tailgating on Friday evening but I need to know how many people plan to come to give them a headcount. Which is why we need to have everyone make their commitments now. They also discussed potentially ordering additional bleachers for the football game. All this takes time and coordination with multiple people so please come celebrate with us, fill out the google form, get your tickets paid for in the next week and we will be giving you further updates.
