| About Me | went to Nashville,TN, recored and traveled with Gospel group. Became a Chef, and cooked for many celebrities like Robin williams, Bon Jovi, Rolling Stones. ZZ Top. Willie Nelson, Cher, All Gore, Dick Chenny, Pres. Clinton,, Laren Bacall and The Tennessee Titans. Although I had a great career as a Chef in Nashvile, TN, I came back home to be closer to family. We only have them once. since moving back to this area, I have been Executive Chef at Texarkana College, and now I am a Full Time Faculty Member and Teach Culinary Arts. I am a Memember fot he Faculty at Texarkana College, but I teach prisoners at FCI. My hope is that I can help to change lifes for the better, and educate men to h...(read more) |
