| About Me | I am stronger mentally, than physically. I have experienced a lot of sadness in my life, but a lot of happiness as well. I am a Christian and love God whole-heartedly. I'm proof that as long as you have one great parent while growing up, that you will grow up just fine. I am very fortunate to have a wonderful mother who still amazes me with her unselfishness. God blessed me with two wonderful children, Caitlin and Jacob, and a step-son, Alex. I am a proud grandparent to Kensleigh Bella Thompson. She is such a sweet little blessing. I am married to the love of my life and thank God for him everyday. I love the simple things in life like line-dried sheets (although, it's been awhile since I live in the city) - the smell of freshly mowed grass, flowers blooming in the yard, an early morning in the boat on the lake, fishing - quiet and quality time with my kids - I could go on and on. I tend to be a blunt person, but never rude. I give an honest opinion, if asked for it. I get excited and carried away when telling a funny or happy story and end up babbling. I'm a caring person, although not a very good listener. I think my sweet sisters got that wonderful trait. I am blessed to have a lot of close, wonderful friends.
