About Me	My first 10 years out of FSHS I taught and coached at several Texas schools, and then at the University of Colorado, UTEP, and Trinity. I got married to Patricia Lynn Baker from La Luz, NM in 1977. So far, we have had three kids and two grandkids. I think at my current age we are through with having kids. Pat is a grad of UTEP I met in the Piggly Wigley in El Paso. She was a surgical nurse until the second kid came along. I became a Hospital Administrator in !970. I retired in 2008. Then I started writing. I have published 2 novels. I was on a TV game show, I then found my old trombone from FSHS days and started playing again. I eventually began playing with several community bands, which I greatly enjoy. Jim Adams says huffing and puffing on that horn is building up my lungs and keeping me alive. He could be right. I only play in one band now, the official band for a retirement community in the area. At 82 I am pretty much at the median age for the group.
