| About Me | Graduated from Fort Lee High School (NJ) where he captained his school’s football team and served as an officer in a number of school organizations earning him a Special Letter of Commendation from the National Conference of Christians and Jews. He then attended Lafayette College where he was involved in a number of school activities including: captain and MVP of the lacrosse team, member of the junior and senior honorary societies and president of Delta Upsilon fraternity. Upon graduation in June 1966 he entered William & Mary Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1968. He has been a licensed attorney since 1970 and was honored to receive his license to practice before the United States Supreme Court in October 1978. After fifteen years of private trial practice he became a consultant and legal advisor to various international companies. In that capacity he traveled extensively through Europe, Africa, South and North America. In February 1992 he was appointed General Director of MTS (Mobile Telecommunications Serbia) a joint venture of Sprint International, PTT Serbia (35,000 employee national telephone company) and COMgroup International. In January 1993 he was appointed Director of MOSCOMgroup, a joint venture in Moscow between The Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Russian Federation and COMgroup International. MOSCOMgroup worked closely with: the Organized Crime Task Force of the Moscow Police Department; the West Administrative Police District of the City of Moscow; and In September 1993, he was selected as “One of the Most Qualified Individuals” by Florida’s Joint Legislative Management Committee to serve as a commissioner on the Florida Public Service Commission.
