| About Me | AMIABLE ROGUE aka the recalcitrant obscure Goyam. I enjoy helping others and encouraging them to do better. My big reward is their accomplishment. Of course I like to get paid if the situation warrants it. But that is not why I get up every day. I know these things to be true and believe in, with absolute certainty: 1) There are burning bushes and snakes which talk 2) Tax sheltered annuities are always a great and safe investment 3) Saint Lucifer was always a saint 4) Beelzebub has only one name 5) The earth is flat & the center of the universe 6) The sun revolves around the earth 7) If you sail too far form shore, you will fall off the end of the earth 8) Things can never get worse 9) All Police are honest, & they are your friends 10) People make a lot of easy money by gambling 11) Most people demonstrate good sportsmanship when they lose 12) Most people are honest & hard working 13) The federal & state governments need more money to help us. 14) The most important & valuable people are lawyers 15) When you lend something, it's always returned quickly and unbroken 16) Lending money to friends & family is a good idea 17) Everyone can successfully stand alone forever 18) Robbing Peter to pay Paul works quite well 19) WW1 & WW2 were absolutely necessary and helped everyone 20) What and who you know are equally important 21) Most people are reliable 22) Israel wants peace with their neighbors 23) If something has done well in the past, it will continue to do so There is an invisible white man floating around up in the sky (who knows everything from beginning to end, who is all powerful, who loves us but we must fall on our knees to beg for forgiveness, [who's big plan was to send his only son here to be tortured and eventually brutally murdered at the behest of "his" chosen people, so that those who did those nasty things {and those of us who followed} could come and live with "Him" somewhere up in the clouds, if they only just believe that story in its entirety].
