About	Tom was killed while in combat in Vietnam with the Black Horse Regiment and was under the command of Col. George Patton, III. He was awarded two bronze stars and a silver star and is buried in Arlington Cemetery. He was married to Anita Foster (FKHS '61) and was the father of two daughters. The football field at Ft. Knox Hi is named in his honor.
