| About Me | I am me-you are you-we are who we are, both by choice and by rearing. my father, his mother/my grandmother & his family are absolutely AWESOME, LOVING, CARING & GUIDING people who have raised me, or tried to raise me to be the same and more-i/we are trying to raise my kids the same way. I've always felt extremely "special" compared to my friends and associates because of my family-the size & bond which spands several states and generations too-1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th generations of cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. all who love each other as equally & passionately, unconditionally too as if we all are brothers & sisters-1st gen. and not separated by any other bonds or borders...as I've grown older, I've realized the difference between "special" & BLESSED-WE ARE BLESSED AS A FAMILY, WHICH MAKES US BLESSED AS PEOPLE! Everyday, when I pray, I say "Thank you" to God for my blessings-my children, my husband, my grandmother and ALL my family. All my life, as a child and even as an adult, I've wondered why others seemed more "blessed" than my family and I - luck, wealth, fame, fortune, even greater "basics", etc. - sort of a feeling of envy of others who seem to be better off or not ones who have to struggle or work extremely hard to get ahead in life and never have to deal with the pain & loss our family has sufferred with...but, then it came to me, "while those others may have a easier 'charmed' for material things & money, etc.'-but, when you look deeper inside or remove the shiny, shimmering veneer of their happy go-lucky life-do they have true happiness? do they have family and all the great & special things that come with the love & benefits of Family: NO!! So, although it has taken me some time and lessons learned - the blinding revelation came to me: "if given the choice between those 'blessing of others' that I've been envious of and wishing for or feeling sorry for myself & family not having versus two things; the love of God and the love & multiple blessings of family like mine...I AM BLESSED-WE ALL ARE BLESSED-BLESSED SO FAR BEYOND OUR GREATEST DREAMS & WISHES FOR FAME, FORTUNE & EASE OF LIFE COULD EVER BE...BLESSED, BLESSED, BLESSED!
