About Me	Upon graduation I attended and graduated in 1981 from Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas, with a B.S. In Sociology with a minor in Psychology. I started working for the City Of Houston in 1982 in Water Customer Service. I held various positions while working for the City.
