About Michael Francis Cain, age 78, of Farragut, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, whose passion, warmth, and dedication left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Born on November 3, 1946, in Detroit, Michigan, Michael grew up in Dearborn, Michigan, where he developed a love for sports, playing hockey, baseball, and high school football. He graduated from Fordson High School in 1964 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in automotive technology from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. It was in his high school homeroom where he met the love of his life, Martha, whom he married 61 years ago and shared a remarkable 65 years of companionship.

Events Join the family of Michael Cain as they celebrate his life and legacy on Friday July 18th at the Ford Community Performing Arts Center in Dearborn from 6pm until 8pm. This visitation with friends and family will allow each one of us to remember Michael and how he touched all of our lives. Bring your memories and stories. Join Michael's family on Sunday July 20th at St. Clement Eastern Orthodox Church, for a Special Service of the Departed (Panikhida) immediately following the Divine Liturgy Worship service. The worship service begins @ 10:30am with the special service at the conclusion. Everyone of all faiths is invited to attend.
