Mo was one of my best friends at Fordson HS. We performed together, many times, as members of choral groups and play productions. I don’t ever remember Mo saying anything but kind things about anyone else. He was joyful and proud of his wonderful family. We sat at the same table celebrating the 50 year anniversary of the class of 1969 and had many laughs together. I visited him, at his beautiful home, when I was in the final 4 for the Dearborn Public Schools Superintendency and was treated with kindness and warmth during our conversation. Mo will be missed as a close friend and I feel blessed to have known him.
