Livonia - Detroit-born and aged 69 years, Leonard died peacefully on April 7, 2018 from lung cancer while in the care of Angela Hospice of Livonia. His considerable talents and potential were hindered by disability during adulthood. He was an artist with a gentle soul. Leonard is survived by four siblings: Leonora Ahlstrom of New Haven, CT; Sandra Cheek of Northville, MI; Tamara Ptucha of Dearborn, MI; and Gregory Ptucha (Roberta) of Sacramento, CA, as well as by three beloved nieces and many cousins. The family wishes to thank Mrs. Robena Johnson, who cared for him at his last Romulus group home, and the staff at Angela Hospice.
