Hey, all, you'd have only known me as "Tank" back in school. Lived on Hillsdale. In high school, I went to Jesuit, then Foothill. I know it's a ridiculous long shot, but what the hell do I have to lose, right? In this case, I've already lost it and only chance to gain.
My class ring was a yellow gold ring with white gold face and a sapphire cut diamond in the center of a cross. It read "Jesuit High School" around the face on top. If memory serves me correctly, on one side of the ring was "89" with the image of a swimmer. On the opposite side, it read "Tank". Inside the band, "William Jason Wilbur" was engraved in cursive, but it was wearing off quickly.
I didn't exactly lose my class ring, but if it is still exists, or is still intact and hasn't been dismantled and melted down, I'd certainly like to locate it. Between 1989 and 1990, I worked at Rico's Pizza in Elkhorn Plaza and began casually seeing one of my co-employees, a pretty Mexican girl who lived in the Foothill Apts. across from Carl's Jr. I believe her name was Christine or Christina (Sorry I can't remember. She was cool as hell. I was a wild child running amok.), but somewhere around the latter part of 1990 or early part of 1991, I left Sacramento and over time, lost contact with her. A couple years later, i was in Sac visiting friends when she approached me to say hi and to tell me she still had my class ring!! She gave me her number and told me to call her so I could get it back. I was in and out of Sacramento, and I spoke to her several times on the phone, but I knew it was obviously safe and never rushed to get it. Once again, we lost contact and that was the last time I heard of her and my class ring. If you know who she is, or have any recollection of my ring, I would love any info you wish to offer. Doubt it will ever surface, but worth a shot! And if located, there will be a finder's fee of course!!
IT is dimond crusted gold
