About	Nick was shot and killed in a tragic shooting incident at a friends house. He was there visiting when his friend decided to go and get his roommates police issue 9 mm handgun. The roommate had received it for his 21st birthday from his father who was a police officer in town. The gun was always stored loaded with one bullet in the chamber. Nick’s friend removed the safety and pointed it in the direction of Nick, he then pulled the hammer back, the gun went off shooting Nick in the right shoulder. The bullet pass completely through his chest exiting the other shoulder. It was loaded with hollow point bullets he died within minutes.
