About | Tara M. Rowe, 61, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at her residence. She was born October 26, 1954 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Russell “Buzz” and Fern Adler Timmons. On May 1, 1976 she married Ronald L. Rowe at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac. Tara owned and operated Jitters Coffee Shop until she retired in 2013. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Parish in Eden and was involved in Christian Women, Human Concerns Committee, Core Member of the Life Teen Program, and started the church’s coffee shop, Sacred Grounds. She was a 4-H leader and also belonged to the Daughter’s of American Revolution and TOPS. Tara enjoyed crafts, cooking, baking, camping, and Indy car racing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and “Cookie Day”, a day with family baking over 4,000 Christmas cookies. She is survived by her husband, Ron; two daughters, Jennifer (John) Fain of Jonesboro, AR and Amanda (Matt) Beihoff of Milwaukee; six grandchildren, Collin, Isabelle, TJ, Josh, Audrey, and Elsa; her beloved four legged friend, Ziggy Buster; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard; one sister, Tama Hilbert; and other relatives. The visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Parish, W1562 County Road B, Eden, WI. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Parish with Rev. Mark Jones officiating. Cremation has taken place and inturnment will be held in the Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. The family extends a special thank you to the Shepherd of the Hills community, the staff at St. Agnes Hospital and Agnesian Hospice for the care and compassion given to Tara and her family. Memorials are appreciated to Hope Village Orphanage in Haiti or the Life Teen Program at Shepherd of the Hills. |
