About	Sharon A. Lewis, 68, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, July 15, 2023, at home with her husband, Cal, by her side after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born in Fond du Lac on March 10, 1955, a daughter of Eugene “Duke” and Shirley (Steffes) Schneider. On June 4, 1977, she married Calvin “Cal” Lewis at Sacred Heart Church in Fond du Lac. Sharon was known to her family as “Auntie” and treasured time spent with them. She loved her “Uncie” (Cal) fiercely. Sharon was very close with her nieces, great nieces, and one great nephew. She and Cal were parents to five schnauzers over the years, with Kaden being their current. Sharon loved all things blue, from her clothes and vehicles, right down to her gardening shoes. She loved spending time with Cal at their Florida home where they made many close friends, as well as being with family at their summer cottage in Neshkoro, Wis. Survivors include her husband, Cal; mother, Shirley; two siblings, Peggy (Peter) Guell and Tom Schneider; three nieces, goddaughter Sarah (Colin) Salter, Meghan (Jared) Beggs, and Hillary Schneider; three great-nieces, Grace, Zoey, and Breckin; her great-nephew and godson, Nash; many nieces and nephews on Cal’s side; and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Duke, and her beloved mother-in-law, Irma Bredlau. Peters Ave. in Fond du Lac. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at church, beginning at 11:00 AM with burial in St. Charles Cemetery to follow.
