Favorite School Memory	Well, I'm not sure if is a "favorite" memory, but it is a lasting memory... For me, because of my parent's having a small Inn in PA that was a seasonal business we would be there in the summers and in Foley in the winters, so I did not have the typical school year. If the weather was good in PA & business was good I would start the school year there & transfer to Foley when business slacked off - What can I say... We had been in FL for a few years and then returned to winter in Foley and that year was my one & only chance to go to a prom & I was so very excited!!! I got ask to go by a neighbor boy who was a year older (I will be kind enough to not name names) and Prom day I totally pampered myself doing all the girly things we girls do to make ourselves beautiful for you guys. I had this stunning raspberry coloured gown & these sexy high heels & sassy little handbag & was all ready to go! My hair was picture perfect, nails, toes, everything was just as it should be... I sat in the living room waiting... 30 minutes go buy.... an hour goes by.... my Mother is looking out the windows, watching cars go by.... my Father even comes & sits with me & makes jokes & excuses for his lateness... after 2 hours the shoes were off, the nail polish had been picked away, my cuticles had been chewed, picked at & totally frayed. I got myself up out of that chair got my shoes went to my room took off that damn raspberry dress, threw it in the bottom of the closet along with the special shoes & strapless bra & undergarments! The very next day a friend of my Father's son came to our house, introduced himself (although I kind of knew him from Church) and he apologized for the prom incident & had he known he would have done something - but he was like a knight on a white horse for me! About Me	I married a Navy pilot & we had a great 20 year marriage & lived in many places & visited exciting places. Life now has been less exciting but still goes on!
