About Me	"The girl's a gypsy. She pops up on the grid here or there..." She's currently popped up as a Graduate student of Linguistics at the University of Colorado Boulder. Having travelled to and lived in many other places she believes most Americans are spoiled rotten and don't realize how good they've got it. It's not the school system that can't get students' math scores up to par with the rest of the world, it's the parents and what they are doing (or not doing) with their children in their free-time at home. Socialized healthcare is NOT the end of the world and it's actually pretty damn great. No one needs insurance because EVERYONE is paying into the healthcare system with EVERY paycheck, so if you need to see a doctor, it's already paid for. You still make enough money to buy what you need and want, AND employees usually get more than two weeks of paid vacation per year. How is that a bad thing? She doesn't think people should presume to know exactly where life came from and what happens when we die. Yes, it's scary to think of nothingness, but.... actually, is it really? Have you ever experienced nothingness? How do you know it's such an unpleasant thing? How can you judge what you've never experienced?
