About Me	The oldest son of David and Mary Goode. My father is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and my Mother is Retired Surgical Assistant. Born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in August 1968, I am the oldest of four siblings from Virginia Beach, Virginia, a 1987 Graduate of Floyd E. Kellam High School, a 1992 Graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Graduate of Webster, and Capella Universities with a Master’s Degrees in Management and Criminal Justice 2004 and 2016 additionally, a 1989 Graduate of Taft College with Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. My wife of 26 years, Ulonda Brazier-Goode and I are 16 year residents of El Paso, Texas. We have two children and I have two children, from a previous marriage. My oldest daughter Tiffany, served three years in the Army. Two of our children attended school in the EPISD and one is currently a student. My wife Ulonda is a student at UTEP, soon to be also a substitute/teacher in the EPISD. I participated in college athletics under scholarship at Taft College and Illinois State University in Football and doubled in Track and Field as Freshman at Taft College. After graduating college and briefly playing professional football in the Arena League for the Cleveland Thunderbolts, I joined the Virginia Beach Police Department in November 1994 and dedicate six years of service as a Police Officer. In February 2000 I enlisted in the United States Army as a PATRIOT Fire Control Operator/Enhanced System Maintainer. I received a commission through the Army Officer Candidate School in October 2008 to 2nd Lieutenant. I Served in numerous leadership capacities, Commanding and staff level responsibilities. I participated in several deployments including Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Most of my service being at Fort Bliss. I Honorably Discharged from the Army in December 2014.
