About	VIRGINIA BEACH -- Jamie Labbe wanted to be the first president of the United States who had lived his entire life with a disability. Friends and loved ones never doubted his intent, though some joked that he might have had too much character for the job. The debilitating effects of a rare form of muscular dystrophy ended his political hopes Wednesday morning. His heart gave out, his family said, just hours after the president's State of the Union address and another day of an impeachment trial that frustrated an unabashed lover of the political process. He was 23.
