About Me	I wrote a business plan for a bakery in 2007. I grew that business and sold it in 2021 to a wedding venue corporation that wanted to build out an in house bakery department. My bakery scaled to one million in sales within the year and has continued to grow into DFW, Houston, Austin, and Atlanta markets. I have had 2 beautiful girls.
