About	My brother, Hugh Powell, passed away from brain cancer on August 29, 2014 at his home in High Rolls, New Mexico. He had been retired from Civil Service in which he worked for more than 30 years as an F-16 jet engine mechanic at Holloman Air Force Base, Alamogordo, New Mexico. He left behind a wife, son and daughter. He is greatly loved and missed.
