About Me	After FHS, I joined the few and the proud and was in the Corps for five years. During my time, I was in Operation Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Provide Promise. After my five years, did two years of school and worked for SBC (not AT&T) and USAA, neither of which I cared for. I joined the Texas National Guard in 2004 and began my 18 month deployment less than a year after to Kosovo in Operation Joint Guardian. Got back home at the end of 2006, back to USAA a job I hated and in March of 2007, quit and joined the Technician program to become a mechanic, which I still do and absolutely love. In 2009, I received orders to deploy again, this time to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom/New Dawn. During this time I was a mechanic, working on HETTS and making great friends again. At the end of 2010, (November) found me back at home, enjoying Thanksgiving with the family. I have been around the world four times and have had the opportunity to see things most will never have. I have made some great friends in the Marine Corps and now in the Texas National Guard and I have to admit, I love the life.
