About Me | Well I'm happily married to my husband of 10yrs, Casey from San Jose, Ca. We met in San Angelo, Texas when we both were in Intel school for the Air Force. We currently live Hawaii where we both are stationed, Casey at Hickam AFB and myself at Pearl Harbor. We are very busy people and stay active with our kids and community. Casey earned his Real Estate license just a little over three years ago when we first got here and has been working like crazy ever since. He really has found his perfect job, to get paid lots of money to chat up people and be charming; of course which he has no problem. We have two beautiful boys, Hayden 10 and Kellen 4. They are definitely a challenge but a blessing everyday. Hayden is active, inquisitive and sometimes to smart for his own good. Kellen is a glowing happy little guy with a lot of energy, uber smart too. Which I’m sure as they both get older the smart will turn into smarty pants. The apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree, my parents can attest. I am currently working at a Joint Command on Pearl Harbor as a FSR for SAIC. I recently got out of the Air Force in December of 2007 and am loving the civilian life. But other then my current story, I was born in Yakima Washington, grew up in Livingston and Kalispell Montana graduated from Flathead High School in 1996 and enlisted in the Air Force in December of that year. My family still lives there, but I really needed to explore the world outside of a small town. And it was the wisest choice I've ever made. No regrets. I really have had a great life so far and I credit that to joining the Air Force, the skills and abilities that I have learned are things that cannot be taught from books. Even though I was more then happy to get on that greyhound headed out of town, I miss the surrounding of the mountains and clean smelling air sometimes, I try to get back whenever I can. I still keep in contact with a good number of my friends from school. I love emailing, IMing keeping in contact with the people I would consider friends over the years. I also really enjoy meeting interesting people, who have discovered the wrold in their own way. I love to listen to stories that people tell of their lives, and share my own. I have an address list about a mile long, but I try to drop everybody a line every once in a while. I continue to draw strength from my family, my friends and my faith. I am inspired by new challenges, and look forward to the day when I can look...(read more) |
