About Me	Just a weird artist, with an odd sense of humor that is classified as Outré - wish more adults would be like kids too - growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional - It's never too late to have a happy childhood... All art takes courage - never say your not talented - I'll bet you can do lots of things I cant!!! Normal is a setting on the dryer! Blessed to just be me, and not trying to be someone else, or someone else's idea of who I "should" be... Like me as I am, or don't, period. I'm a walking contradiction.. I am a multi media artist who is really named Juliana but "Juls" = "Jewels" so, of course my main interest is jewelry and my business is... "Jul's Jewels" (no brainer huh?). I also bead real eggs, paint bird houses and furniture with wild designs, revamp old 1950's phones to work in today's jacks and look artistic; do stained glass, memory boxes with antique lace, ephemera, etc., you name it, multi-media artist is a term I'm called alot - Guess the Mystic Art Show got into my head - if I haven't done it, I'll try it LOL BUT.... I have a spine injury from when I was an EMT (for real), I cant wait for the day I will feel no more pain... but just to keep things interesting in June 09 right before our wedding, I added my right lung to my list of issues, from a fight with a lung mass (it almost won) - I have a rare 2nd chance at life - geez..... BUT.... I have a wonderful life, Husband, terrific animals I consider my kids; A great "almost son" Curtis (Paul's) who's terrific; a great "almost daughter & granddaughter" Dawn & Charlotte and her beautiful family (Jen, Mike, & Chris); living in a beautiful pre revolutionary war (circa. 1768) farm, with a loving man beside me - what else is there? (well maybe a housekeeper would be cool but I'm not holding out for that one, so it's a farm - there are animals!
