| About Me | Moved to Valparaiso 1973 as mngt trainee in steel industry (Youngstown Sheet and Tube back in the day) for 26 years. Manager in Blast Furnace. Quality Assurance Specialist Caster and BOF. Regional Statistician. Quit 1999. Worked a year as QC Consultant for same company. Quality Control Manager at local machining and pump repair company 2002-2004. Developed a Nuclear Power Quality Control System. Purchased idled paper mill in Gary, IN with partners 12/06. Cleaned up and now warehouse metals as a foreign trade zone. Started Environmental Services company 7/07 doing haz and non-haz work at local Steel Mills. Haul hazardous EAF dust and mill debris to processing plants in Illinois and Indiana. Purchased trucking company with partners 8/11 with mostly tri and quad axle dumps doing debris hauling in mostly Mittal Steel near Portage Indiana.
