| About Me | After Graduating from Fitch, I went to YSU, graduated and entered the USAF. After flight school, I was assigned to fly the F-4 Phantom II. After numerous assignments overseas and in the states, I moved out of the cockpit and into the acquisition side of the Air Force. I had numerous command assignments, as well as a tour working for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I retired as a Colonel in 2001, after 30 years of service. I married Marcia Pollock of Niles, Ohio in June 1970 and we traveled the world during my career. I lost her to cancer in 2010 after 40 years of marriage. I met my wife Diana on Match.com in 2011. She retired as a pilot for United Airlines where she flew Boeing 747-400s from Honolulu to Narita, Japan. I lived in Phoenix, AZ at the time and she flew from her home on Maui, HI to meet me in July 2011. We were married 2 months later on the 15th of September 2011, in a traditional Hawaiian wedding on the beach. Diana is a magnificent woman who truly saved my life.
