About Me	I have toured and performed for the last 20 years throughout the US and abroad as a classical singer, performing with opera companies and orchestras. I have been blessed to sing in some wonderful places...Martinique,Germany,Austria and around the US. A few years ago, I had the honor of singing "God Bless America" and the "National Anthem" for Barack Obama before a speech he gave in Illinois. The group that hired me told me that he might be our next president so I made sure to get a picture with him. I have also spent a great deal of time working with children in the arts and now work as a music teacher in two Catholic Schools, teaching 2 year olds-14 year olds. As well, I have a private voice studio. Life on the road was a great experience but I found that I had a real gift as a teacher and that I no longer was happy with the grind of a performing career away from home. I have been married to a wonderful man for 10 years. He is a nationally recognized classical musician who records and tours in the US and overseas with various symphony orches...(read more)
