For the Person On the Go - Affordable, Convenient, and Effective Fitness & Nutrition Programs

Sharon (Cohn) Chamberlin, ACE-Certified personal fitness trainer and NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach, opened Catalyst 4 Fitness LTD three years ago. She recently upgraded her online fitness & nutrition services to better meet the needs and demands of everyday people wanting to improve their health.

“A healthy lifestyle is so much more than going on a diet. I’m trying to help people by giving them tools – fitness and nutrition programs – which empower them to reach their goals and maintain that level of success.”

In addition to the traditional training she provides, she has also added subscription options for people who design their own programs and need zero to minimal guidance, as well as traveling boot camp classes.
