Bob, or “Bobby” as I remember him, was our “across the street” neighbor on Mockingbird Ln and was my close friend in grade school. I spent many hours over at his house and he was my “catcher” when I practiced my pitching. I haven’t seen or spoken to him in probably 50+ years, but I was sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.
