1969-71 Vietnam Era, UH-1 Helicopter Crew Chief, 170th Assault Helicopter Company -Central Highlands - Kontum - Flew Support of 5th Special Forces until 170th unit stood down, finished my tour with the 61st Assault Helicopter Company -based in Qui Nhon supporting US and Korean units. After Viet Nam, Fort Hood, Texas - 1st Cav - M60 Tank Driver, then Special Assignment as Post Stockade Guard.
1977-81 Fixed Cryptographic Repairman - Seoul Korea - UN Headquarters Communications - Fort Huachuca, AZ - Army Signal Corps Headquarters - Temporary Duty at Fort Smith, AR for the Mariel Boat Lift of Cuban refugees in 1980
