Charles L. Argue
Class of 1954
Charles Argue, a 1954 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, is the author of a new, two volume work, The Pollination Biology of North American Orchids, released by Springer of New York, 31 October 2011. Dr. Argue is a former biologist in the Department of Plant Biology, University of Minnesota, Saint Paul. His research has been published in numerous scientific journals and as chapters in a number of books. While in high school, he was a member of the football and basketball teams. He and his wife Joanne live in Saint Paul and have a summer place on Clitherall Lake near Battle Lake. (argue001@umn.edu)
