About Me	Got married to my girlfriend introduced to me by a fellow FHS classmate Criz, started a business, ended up with employees that are crooks that cheat lie and steal, got fat and overweight at 239 lbs, ended up in the hospital at age 41 from a heart condition, took meds for my condition then started on a journey to get fit and manage my stress. Dropped down to 197 in 14 months, got off the meds. I’m not a bodybuilder nor powerlifter, I’m just into a total body workout type of training (modified CrossFit version) that has lowerered my bioilogical age to 20 years younger than my actual age.
