Roger A. Swanson, Jr., 17, died instantly on Sunday, May 2, 1976 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Hwy 21, one half mile East of Shieldsville, MN. He was a passenger in the vehicle. His cousin, Glen Borgstahl, 18, the driver of the automobile was also killed due to injuries sustained in the accident.
