Curtisis survied by his wife Beth Stam ;three stepchildren Brian Greenhill and his wife Ekko, Ja Chambless and her husband Brad, and Jo Greenhill, three step grand sons Spencer Greenhill, and Reese and Jackson Chambless; one brother Bruce Stam and his wife Connie, and one sister Roxann Lunde and her husband Duane.
