A dear friend I’ll never forget who died at a young age.
Susan Blankoff '65 said:
Barbara was a close friend of mine beginning in junior high school and continuing for years after high school graduation. She wore the same dress as my other bridesmaids, but her elegant manner and loveliness set her apart. We studied together on sleep overs, had wonderful summers at El Patio Beach Club in Atlantic Beach, sharing stories about our secret crushes as she was a friend I could trust. Barbara always looked great in her dress, her long dark hair and confident posture. I still miss her today.
